Supporting JETRO at IN:FUSE 2017 event

IN:FUSE 2017 is an event put together by the Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) as part of their continued efforts to promote safe and healthy food for export. Running for the second time in Singapore, IN:FUSE 2017 is an exclusive F&B industry event showcasing produce from 29 Japanese suppliers of seafood, fresh, frozen produce and ready to eat Japanese packaged food. Besides setting to stage business and networking opportunities between suppliers and buyers, the event is also an idea platform to explore and learn about the versatility of classic Japanese ingredients and unique prefecture specialities; and how these can be incorporated into different cuisines to produce creative and delicious fusion recipes. To demonstrate these, two renowned chefs; from Regent Singapore, A Four Seasons Hotel whips up delectable creations fusing the featured Japanese ingredients into their traditional cuisines for guests to sample.
Spoonful supported the event with PR services, event coordination & management as well as preparing a buffet spread for guests.
