Candice Cheong heads Marketing at Alchemist. She stems from an Advertising and Marketing Communications background having graduated from the University of Canberra, Australia and has been working in marketing for more than 18 years. At StarHub 2004, she is heavily involved in marketing services for Cable TV advertising sales and proceeded to head a marketing team at The Asian Food Channel in 2009, overseeing PR and digital marketing regionally across 7 markets in ASIA. She then moved on to JFCTV in 2013 where she launched and marketed the Japanese cable channel over different platforms locally. Her passion for food led her to Alchemist / Spoonful in 2016 where she spearheads Marketing and overseas all social media platforms. At Alchemist, she finds herself inspired by fellow colleagues and the food industry, further fuelling her hobby in baking. Besides food, she has an innate passion for all things Japanese, travel, and a keen interest in photography and videography.
